Fix-it 24/7 was founded in Colorado in 2013 by George Donaldson, a former tradesman who saw a gap in home services. Too many companies were built around waiting for something to break. George started with a different question: what can we prevent?

His answer came from years in the field. Dirt, dust and debris are the number one cause of air conditioning and heating breakdowns. So he built the company around cleaning systems thoroughly, not just looking them over, to help extend equipment life, improve reliability and reduce preventable breakdowns. Maintenance can't stop every problem, and we won't tell you it does. When something breaks, our job is to get there quickly and treat you fairly.

What a Real Deep Clean Looks Like

We call our seasonal maintenance a Deep Clean and Tune-Up because that's what it is.

During a fall Furnace Deep Clean and Tune-Up, our technicians pull and clean the blower wheel, one of the most important parts to clean and a step many companies skip or charge extra for. During an Air Conditioning Deep Clean and Tune-Up, they remove the condenser shell, apply dirt-extracting foam and spray the coils from the inside out.

If we're going to call it a Deep Clean, we're going to do the deep cleaning.

How We Work in Your Home

Prevention is our foundation. Clear, honest help is how we earn your trust when something goes wrong.

• Available 24/7 for emergencies, same-day service whenever possible, and a waived diagnostic fee if we can't arrive that day
• Upfront pricing, so you see the price and your options before any work begins
• Honest recommendations with the reason behind each one, and no pressure
• A Free Second Opinion when another company has recommended a major repair or replacement
• Background-checked, drug-tested technicians who complete over 100 hours of ongoing training each year
• Shoe covers, drop cloths and a clean work area, with the work explained before, during and after
• Service windows of about four hours, and notice when your technician is on the way

Memberships That Keep Systems Ready

Our Green Club Maintenance Membership includes seasonal Deep Clean and Tune-Ups, priority scheduling and member savings on repairs, so your systems get regular care instead of last-minute attention.

In 2017, George started the Heroes Membership to give back to the people who serve. Veterans, active-duty and reserve military, law enforcement, firefighters and EMS receive our maintenance membership complimentary.
