The Fix-it 24/7 Heroes Program began in 2017 when founder George Donaldson wanted to create a lasting way to give back to the men and women who have given so much to our country and our communities.

Inspired by a deep respect for service, Fix-it 24/7 launched an initiative that would make a real impact, offering free maintenance memberships to veterans, active-duty service members, law enforcement, and first responders. The program is built on a simple belief: those who protect and serve our communities deserve the same level of care and protection in their own homes.

Since its inception, the Heroes Program has grown far beyond what we could have imagined. What began as a small effort to honor a few local heroes has now become a cornerstone of who we are as a company. Today, we’re thrilled to serve more than 3,500 heroes across Colorado, each representing the courage, selflessness, and integrity that inspired this program from the start.
