This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Fix-it 24/7 Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Heating, located at 16360 Table Mountain Pkwy, Golden, CO 80403.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of Colorado who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Fix-it 24/7 Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Heating, Denver Broncos, and National Football League, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. 3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on September 10, 2025, and ends on October 14, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

5. Prizes

Prize Description: Four (4) Bud Light Champions Club tickets to the Broncos vs. Las Vegas football game on November 6, 2025; ‘Swag Bag’ with custom Broncos gear. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. Entrants acknowledge that these games may be scheduled during the NFL’s flexible scheduling window and the date and time of the games may be changed from what is originally reflected on the schedule and what may appear on the ticket or in these Official Rules. 6. Winner Selection and Notification

Sweepstakes: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified via email and phone call or text message (using email address and phone number supplied during submission) and must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize. Sponsor reserves the right to select a new winner if winner(s) do not claim their prize within 24 hours of notification.

For sweepstakes, odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. If a prize has an ARV of $600 or more, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099.

9. Publicity Release

By entering, you grant Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Use of automated entry systems or scripts is prohibited. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or prize acceptance.

12. Disputes

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflicts of law. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Colorado.
